  • The reason behind the work

    Founded in 2020, b.partners enables me to bring over 30 years of organisational experience to every client I work with. My distinct mix of commercial leadership and personal development insight allows me to support clients in better understanding how

    to move forward in their lives, and embedding meaningful, lasting change.  


    This work is grounded in service. I’ve sat on senior executive teams and I now coach founders, CEOs, divisional leaders, emerging talent, and those at inflexion points in their careers. I see a lot—and I aim to bring thoughtful perspective, honest challenge, and genuine partnership to each conversation.


    This isn’t just what I do. It’s why I left the corporate world - to do work I believe in, and hopefully, to make a small but lasting difference.

    At b.partners, leadership change is what I do.  I built my career in Finance helping senior leaders gain perspective, navigate complexity, optimise outcomes, and make progress on what matters most.  


    Clients often tell me they value the space I create—one where we can have the honest conversations that are often missing. Together, we get beneath surface symptoms, question existing mindsets and beliefs, and explore what’s really going on. It’s in that clarity and insight that change becomes possible.  


    What sets this work apart is the combination of commercial acumen, personal development experience, and a genuine commitment to meaningful, lasting progress.  I am practical ally with a transformative impact, and a proven ability to help clients create the change they desire.  

  • Experience

    Before co-founding b.partners, I spent over three decades in senior leadership roles at large global banks — including as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Transaction Banking, and Global COO for Financial Markets. My work has spanned strategy, technology, people & culture, operations, risk, and large-scale transformation.  I have had responsibility for thousands of people and oversight of multi-billion dollar balance sheets.  I have been based in Singapore for almost 20 years and have extensive exposure to, and experience of, multiple cultures across Asia.


    It’s this combination—boardroom insight, coaching depth, and lived experience—that shapes my approach and enables real progress for the people and organisations I work with.


    I have multiple coaching certifications, and I am ICF accredited.
