  • insight coaching.

    Individually, collectively, organisationally – we are all capable of doing more, or doing better. Our coaching is a results-focused process that supports people and organisations discover, define and enable that ‘more ’.  Our approach facilitates discovery.  For individuals it helps uncover what really matters to them, and whether they are crystal clear about what they want, and why.  For organisations, we help clarify the questions around where they are genuinely heading, and whether everybody actually knows the destination.  One of the biggest hurdles in realising our potential, is actually being precise with what we want.  Saying you want to climb a mountain, is different to knowing exactly which mountain you want to climb.  Knowing you might want to climb a mountain, is very different to absolutely committing to climb Everest.

    Our leadership facilitation provides an independent perspective to support and enable high-quality high-honesty dialogue between members of a leadership team.  We also deliver specific leadership interventions – such as the creation and connection of personal and group-level development plans for leaders and leadership teams. 


    Experience has shown that our facilitation work supports the development of higher quality interpersonal relationships between members of executive teams.  In addition, it unblocks expectations between founders/owners and the executive teams who drive their business.  Nothing creates the conditions for success, or the seeds of failure, more then the functionality of a senior leadership team.
